The Ritual

Each East Mtn Culture candle is designed to be more than a scent.
It is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect with an intention you are working with.

This ritual is simple by design. There is no right or wrong way — only presence.

Before You Begin

Choose a quiet moment, even if it is brief.
You do not need silence or perfection — only willingness.

Bring your attention to why you chose this candle and what you are currently navigating.

The Ritual

  • Light your candle and take three slow, intentional breaths

  • Read the quote included with your candle

  • Allow the scent to settle your awareness into the present moment

  • Hold the intention of the candle gently — without forcing or fixing

  • Sit for as long as feels supportive

Working With Your Intention

Intentions are not goals to achieve — they are states to return to.

  • You may choose to:

  • Reflect quietly

  • Journal a few words

  • Sit in stillness

  • Or simply notice what arises

Let the candle act as a steady companion as you move through your experience.

Returning to the Candle

You can return to your candle daily, weekly, or whenever you feel called.

Some people light their candle during transitions — at the beginning or end of the day, before difficult conversations, or during moments of reflection.

Trust your own rhythm.

This ritual is not about changing who you are.
It is about creating space to remember what already lives within you.
